This is a 9 week powerbuilding program that combines strength and hypertrophy, using a 5 day split: Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, Legs. The program emphasizes progressive overload on the Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift while incorporating accessory work to build muscle and strengthen weak points. 

The goal is simple, increase strength on the big lifts while developing a bigger, more rounded physique.
