Refund & Return Policy – The Iron Ark

At The Iron Ark, each product is made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because items are produced specifically for each order, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.

Made-to-Order Products

All products are custom printed once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or for buyer’s remorse.

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will arrange either:

A replacement item at no additional cost, or
A full refund to your original payment method

In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and may issue a replacement if the package cannot be located.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility because it was unclaimed or undeliverable, we can arrange reshipment once the package is received back. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund once it has been issued.
