All items are made to order. Once you place an order, it typically takes 2–5 business days for your items to be produced before they are shipped. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays or sales events.

After your order has been fulfilled, shipping times generally take:

United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Iron Ark is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
